Supported Independent Living

Mental Health Support

Our mental health and behavioural management support services are designed to assist participants in managing their mental health and behavioural challenges effectively. We provide personalised care to address a wide range of mental health issues and behavioural concerns.

DVA Supports

We offer comprehensive support services for veterans and their families through the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) programs. Our experienced team assists with accessing Veterans' Home Care, community nursing, rehabilitation appliances, and mental health support.

GP & Pharmacy Services

Eagle Quality Care works closely with local GPs and pharmacies to provide integrated healthcare solutions for our participants. We facilitate communication between healthcare providers, assist with medication management, and support access to necessary medical supplies and equipment.

Respite Care & Short Term Accommodation (STA)

Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)
